Corporate clients and event organisers often ask me for a formal biography. I’m happy to share this here.

Inspiring Cultures of Empathy and Authentic Communication

Tracy is a CNVC Certified Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer, empathy consultant, coach, and movement and wellbeing facilitator. Her life’s mission is to inspire authentic communication that fosters respect, care, and unity—honouring who we are, no matter the challenges we face.

An early advocate of what is now recognised as emotional intelligence, Tracy pioneered change management programs across education settings and family centres in over a dozen UK counties and London boroughs.

Today, alongside her pro bono work supporting NVC in the UK, Tracy focuses on empowering individuals, communities, and organisations to create cultures of empathy. Her work nurtures respectful cooperation and creative collaboration, enabling people and teams to thrive.

Tracy delivers empathy-based training inspired by The Empathy Factor and Nonviolent Communication, achieving tangible results such as increased employee engagement, improved retention rates, and boosted sales. She also runs a private coaching practice and leads wellbeing courses and retreats.

With a deeply compassionate approach, Tracy inspires the radical honesty and empathy necessary for true transformation.
