This course is about creating a culture of empathy, through the early years and beyond in your family, early years settings and schools.



How do we create an empathy culture in our early years settings and schools?

This course is about emotional intelligence, children’s mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s about hope for the future.

We work with Nonviolent Communication, open heartedness, curiosity, confidence and grounded presence.

We explore how to use feelings and needs literacy,  mindfulness and restorative practices in every day routines and activities.
