This course is about creating a culture of empathy, through the early years and beyond in your family, early years settings and schools.



How do we create an empathy culture in our families, schools and communities?

It’s about emotional intelligence, children’s mental and emotional wellbeing, family and community life. It’s about hope for the future.

This 4 module course explores why empathy matters through children’s early years and beyond. It’s about open heartedness, curiosity, confidence and grounded presence.

We work with mindfulness, feelings and needs literacy, Nonviolent Communication, boundaries, resolving conflicts and making decisions together
