What will we do?
You will learn the basic foundations of NVC, working alone, in pairs in small groups, and as a whole group.
Breakfast is between 8.00 – 9.00
We meet for morning workshops at 9.30 am
You will have the opportunity to:
- Understand the basic premise of NVC
- Shift from judgemental thinking to connect with the essential needs which drive behaviour in any situation
- Develop your empathic presence, listening, and understanding.
- Communicate with your inner critic compassionately
- Become familiar with The NVC Model – 4 elements and 3 modes of connection
- Transform stuck situations of any description
- Tune into the wisdom of the body
- Be with conflict using a dialogue process to support you.
- Express yourself honestly without insulting others.
- Embrace compassion, mourning, gratitude, and celebration.
We use the dance floor processes to deepen NVC practice (created by Bridgette Belgrave and Gina Lawrie)
You will be invited to share some of your life situations, for the purpose of learning and practicing NVC. It is important that you take some time to consider which personal experiences, you are open to sharing, prior to joining.
Cultivating peace
We move and dance with an awareness of partnering the body, exploring patterns, and how we express ourselves through movement. Mindful movement and dance work progressively to support you at a cellular level.

The lunch is at 1.30 pm.
Afternoons are free for you to explore and enjoy the local area. Outings to places of interest can be organised.
There will be some activities offered in the evening.

Who is this event for?
This residential event is for people who are interested in personal development and their own wellbeing. It is for those with some or NO experience of Nonviolent Communication and/or any movement or dance system.
The programme is in English, (translation into Greek, French and German may be possible. Please contact me for more information about this).
My wish is that you will return home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with more understanding of yourself and others; proficient in the foundations of NVC and embodiment, with insight and expanded capacities for mindful relating, self-compassion and gratitude for life.

What does it cost?
The fee for the retreat including accommodation and food is between TO BE CONFIRMED The price varies according to the level of accommodation you choose. The fee does not include travel.
