Embody NVC – This session a deep dive into empathic presence with ourselves and others. We explore our human need for balance, empathy, play, presence, honest expression and self care.
Embody NVC with movement and dance
The format of each session is:
- Check in with feelings and needs
- Contemplative enquiry with the need we are focussing on during the session
- Movement and dance, to bring more awareness to the way this need lives in us
(We move individually, in pairs, triads and as a group, to various rhythms and tempos.
I utilise Laban efforts and Toro aspects to enrich our movement vocabulary and invite dialogue dances and generative postures for the exploration of physical and emotional expression.) - Self witnessing using kinaesthetic empathic language

Cost for individuals £20 (or more!)
