About

I’ve devoted my life to the mastery of communicating in ways that bring authentic connection to relationships.

My emotionally intelligent approach combines 30 years experience.

To hear some of my story and how we might work together, have a listen to this 3-minute audio:

You can tell a lot about a person when you hear their voice.

Establishing environments in which dreams are realised, conflicts are embraced and relationships are mutually supportive, is my vocation. It’s life-enriching!

I offer empathy and NVC consultancy- coaching, training and wellbeing events, to meet your needs for lasting change.

Working with thousands of people from many backgrounds and cultures – in roles at work and at home, I like to think that there is not much that I haven’t heard, witnessed, or experienced directly!

I understand the ups and downs of community life, family, and business dynamics.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is not something we are born with, it’s intelligence that develops with insight, skill, and maturity.

I can support you to embrace empowering mindsets; embody compassionate leadership and empathic communication skills. We find a unique way for you (and your organisation) to move to where you want to go, irrespective of the challenges you face.

Breadth of experience

My motivation and well-being as a businesswoman and agent of change have been fueled by an unrelenting curiosity in self-development and a commitment to working with systems and structures to support the wellbeing of all.

Growing up in the City of London, losing a parent, and being expelled from school as a young person, meant I had a turbulent start in my life. The gift of these experiences was a deep thirst to learn how to negotiate life’s challenges, especially the art of relating.

Inspiration, trust, expertise, depth

I set up my first business venture and completed an introduction to therapeutic training when I was 24 years old.

I’ve been inspired by some of the world’s most renowned change agents and emotional intelligence protagonists such as Tony Robbins, Ian McDermott, Michael Gelb, Robert Dilts, David Weikart, Anne Gerharty, Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, Rolando Toro, Marie Miyashiro et al.

I’ve directed companies, owned early years settings, chaired not-for-profit associations, led project teams; rolled out national programmes for change with leaders in education; worked with schools; in prisons, and with families. I have consulted with service organisations and retail corporations; working as an empathy specialist with a global consultancy – you can read my formal biography here.

I hold a Diploma in Coaching,NLP Master Practitioner, and Mediation certification. Studied at Christ Church Canterbury, the University of Kent for a Certificate in Adult and Post Compulsory Education, and spent some time on an MA in Education, at Goldsmiths College.

I have a background in Humanistic Counselling, am experienced in Mindfulness and Meditation, an internationally recognised Movement Connection facilitator, Reiki practitioner, trauma aware NVC trainer certified by the Centre of Nonviolent Communication.

Self-development mastery has been a lifetime’s journey!
