There are times when Family life can be difficult and when it can be totally wonderful too!
During this FREE webinar session, I will share how NVC has supported me through some difficult family situations, and about the transformation, I have experienced.
I will explain why I decided to set-up NVC in Family Matters and will share the purpose of the sessions with you. My intention is to provide you with sufficient information to consider if future meetings may be of benefit to you.
What will we do?
We come together with our full attention and without judgment of each other. We don’t lose ourselves in each other’s stories – we practice hearing with our whole being in “compassion” or “ubuntu” which means: “I am because we are”
We also give some attention to considering confidentiality in sharing and how circle meetings work. There is no obligation to attend future sessions.
Who is this event for?
This event is not for members of the same family, they are for anyone wanting to practice NVC in their family matters. If you’re a parent, grandparent, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, niece, nephew or other family members, this event may be for you. It’s for those who have completed NVC Foundation training or equivalent.
What are the benefits of joining a meeting?
You will deepen your *NVC skill and practice that can support you in communicating authentically with family members in ways that make it more likely that everyone’s needs can be met.
We meet with the underlying belief that each of us is the best ‘expert’ for ourselves and that we can listen to our inner expert when we have the right conditions and support.
