Embodied Nonviolent Communication (NVC) retreats happen in places of natural beauty. Offered with love to help you relax, create, reflect, contemplate, play and experience life together.
People who are interested in personal professional development and their own wellbeing.
This event is for adults. The programme is in English.
During NVC workshops we practice conscious relating and authentic expression in a supportive environment for learning. We cover NVC foundations at some events and at others we dive into intermediate and deepening practices of NVC, the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg working with the NVC dance floors (created by Bridgette Belgrave and Gina Lawrie) and other processes to awaken self-compassion and increase our skill and capacity for empathy and expressing ourselves authentically.
We develop fluency and normalised use of nonviolent communication through the 4 components and 3 directions.
We move and dance every day.
Biodanza is one system I offer. This is the bio-centric movement system, created by Rolando Toro Araneda.
Other dance and movement modalities that influence my work are Dance Connection Laban efforts, 5 rhythms and Authentic Movement, supporting organic renewal at a cellular level as well as increasing kinaesthetic awareness, presence and cultivation of the inner witness.
