NVC Immersion with movement and dance, East Sussex, UK
This residential weekend will immerse you in the embodied practice of Nonviolent Communication. It includes NVC dance floors and dyadic practices, authentic relating, movement and conscious dance. It will support you to feel empowered, compassionate and clear, even when situations are challenging.

Location and accommodation
T
he venue is set in 24 acres of land overlooking the South Downs. This rural setting is just, 6 – 8 miles from the closest Sussex beach. It is a residential workshop space offered by Laughton Lodge (co-housing community).
Shared accommodation is offered in a number of twin rooms. Single accommodation is available on request, for an additional fee in the private home of community members.
You may also sleep in your own camper van onsite.
The nearest train stations are Uckfield and Lewes. There are trains running every hour to Uckfield and multiple trains each hour to Lewes from London. Arrival is between 16.00 – 17.00 on Friday, the event ends at 16.00 on Sunday.
What does it cost?
Places are limited to 12 participants.
Sliding scale contribution: £235 – £325 (or more!)
£235 covers the basic cost of running the workshop, it includes all vegetarian meals, drinks and snacks at break times which will be prepared by the onsite.
£325 provides me with a more generous fee for organising and facilitating the workshop.
If you want to stay onsite there is an additional fee of £20 – £40 per night for shared/single room (the varied cost reflects the size of the room and on suite facilities available) please contact me for more information. There are 12 beds available on site.
Alternatively, you bring your own camper van for £15 per night or stay at a local air b and b off site.
Pay a deposit of £100 to reserve your place full fee payable 30 days before the start
Cancellation
- Less than 7 days before the event begins, a 100% of the total fee will be charged.
- Between 7 and 30 days before the event begins 50% of the total fee will be charged.
- If cancellation is received up to 30 days before the event, no cancellation fee will be applied (a full refund will be made)
